There's plenty of stories from Amazon workers and Frito-Lay workers as to current conditions in this facotry. Yes, we can say these conditions aren't unique, but Amazon has used their tactics to prevent unions from existing. So workers can't negotiate when compared to say, Ford or Chevrolet workers.
On that note, Amazon has increased wages to $17 an hour. But their working conditions are pretty bad.
