I disagree. The point of a prenup is to prove you aren't marrying for money, but for love. When one person has more than the other, they wanna feel safe knowing their partner doesn't want their money. Besides, prenups can be tossed out whenever the person who asked for it wants to. A year, five, ten, etc.
