The reason I say that is because when Kamala Harris was participating in the Democratic nominee debates, she was really unimpressive, especially when Tulsi Gabbard called her out.

I don't see Kamala Harris being a potential candidate for President in 2024 if Biden decides not to run. I'd rather see Tulsi or AOC run. They can hold their ground better than what I've seen from Kamala.
